Sarah Pourciau

Email: pourciau@stanford.eduSarah Pourciau received an AB in Comparative Literature from Princeton University, an MA in Jewish Studies from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America, and a PhD in German from Princeton. She is currently working on a book project entitled Explications: Word Histories of High Modernism, about the role of etymological argumentation in early 20th century linguistics, poetics, and philosophy. Her publications include articles on Immanuel Kant (Germanic Review), Theodor W. Adorno (MLN), Carl Schmitt (MLN), Erich Auerbach (arcadia), and Peter Weiss (Germanic Review).
